MIAM certificates - If mediation is not appropriate for your situation, or you decide not to proceed, we can provide the necessary documentation to confirm your attendance at a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM). These forms—often referred to as MIAM certificates—may be required by the court before certain applications can be made, such as C100, Form A, FM1. We will ensure this is completed promptly and sensitively, so you can take the next steps with clarity and confidence.
